  The main intention behind writing this blog was to share the traditional Konkani recipes to all food lovers.I thank my husband for his support. I owe this blog to my in-laws Mr Dayananda Shanbhag and Mrs Jayanti Shanbhag for teaching me the recipes. I liked the encouragement from my parents Mr Udaya Kamath and Mrs Neetha Kamath. I thank my family members and friends for their motivation by being a part of this blog. Hope you folks learn about Konkani food from this blog. Enjoy the world of gastronomy!!!
